Maureen Duffy

Maureen Duffy was born in Sussex and is a poet, playwright, novelist and biographer. She has published thirty-one books. She is the President of the Authors Licensing and Copyright Society, and Vice President of the Royal Society of Literature. She is London President of the British Copyright Council, and a Fellow of King’s College London. She was made a D.Litt. by Loughborough University in 2011 for services to literature and equality law. Sadie and the Sea Dogs is her first book for children. Duffy lives in London.www.maureenduffy.co.uk
